一、基本信息

毛凯,男,1984年9月出生,河北省石家庄市人,教授,博士生导师。毛凯.png

二、学习经历

2003年9月-2007年7月在北京大学生物科学专业学习,获理学学士学位;

2008年8月-2013年12月在美国密歇根大学分子生物学专业学习,获博士学位。

三、工作经历

2014年1月至今,在美国哈佛大学医学院/麻省总医院Gary Ruvkun实验室从事博士后研究。

四、研究方向

以秀丽线虫为模式生物,探讨衰老的机制、相关细胞和整体效应以及相关人类疾病的机制,主要研究方向为:1)线粒体功能障碍诱导线虫抗病毒RNAi反应的分子机制,包括探讨解旋酶RAD-26/ARIP4、肌醇-多磷酸在抗病毒RNAi反应中的作用和机制以及线粒体DNA 的保养、RNAi 的激活与衰老的关系;2)探索MDT-15/NHR-45 介导的免疫反应的分子机制,包括寻找激活NHR-45 的小分子配体、构建自主激活免疫反应的合成回路、和探索MDT-15 调控转录的分子机制;3)探索线粒体应激反应的分子机制,包括控制线虫食物避免行为的肠源性信号传导、线粒体应激反应中可能存在的负面影响、以及进一步丰富线粒体突变体遗传资源。
