一、基本信息

任志杰,男,中共党员,西北农林科技大学未来农业研究院副教授、博士生导师。


二、教育背景及工作经历

2014年-2019年,首都师范大学生命科学学院植物学专业,获理学博士学位;

20206月-20215月,中国农业科学院作物科学研究所,科研助理;

20216-202512月,北京大学现代农学院,博雅博士后;

20261月-至今,西北农林科技大学未来农业研究院,副教授/博导。


三、研究介绍

本团队整合电生理学、遗传学、细胞生物学及分子生物学等多学科技术,解析植物离子通道在营养吸收、分配及信号传导中的分子机制与调控规律,以第一或共同第一作者在Nature、Nature plants、Molecular Biology and Evolution、JIPB等国际期刊发表研究论文。


四、研究方向

离子通道作为细胞膜上执行离子选择性运输与信号转导的关键分子元件,在生物的生长发育、营养分配与逆境适应等关键生理过程中发挥核心调控作用。本团队聚焦于植物离子通道的功能解析及其调控机制,具体研究方向包括:

(1)植物矿质营养的高效吸收、转运及分配机制;

(2)响应逆境胁迫与发育信号的钙信号动态编码与解码机制;

(3)大豆结瘤共生过程中离子跨膜运输、分配及其信号传导的分子基础。
