张四才

一、基本信息张四才.png

张四才,男,汉族,1980年4月出生,湖北汉川市人,中共党员,教授,博士生导师。


二、学习经历

1999年9月-2003年7月在湖北农学院农学专业学习,获农学学士学位;

2003年9月-2006年7月在云南农业大学/中科院生化细胞所植物保护专业学习,获云南农业大学农学硕士学位;

2010年8月-2014年7月在德国杜塞尔多夫大学生物化学与分子生物学专业学习,获博士学位。


三、工作经历

2006年8月-2010年7月任中科院生化细胞所助理研究员;

2014年8月-2020年6月在哈佛医学院从事博士后研究;

2020年7月-2021年6月任哈佛医学院讲师;

2021年8月至今,任西北农林科技大学未来农业研究院教授。


四、研究方向

从分子水平上了解细菌毒素及其效应分子的作用机理不仅对于抵御这些致命性的传染性疾病至关重要,同时也有助于我们利用这些毒素及效应分子来开发新的科学研究工具及药物。本人的目标是充分利用自己在结构生物学,生物化学以及细胞生物学上的研究经历,采用多学科手段致力于鉴定及阐明微生物毒素及效应分子的生物学功能,并对其进行生物工程改造从而开发新的生物研究工具及药物。具体研究方向包括1)发现并鉴定肉毒素家族新的成员,2)开发基于肉毒素的止痛药物,3)解析致泻大肠杆菌中效应分子致病性的生化机制及分子机理。
