一、基本信息

兰文智,男,1973年出生,畲族,西北农林科技大学未来农业研究院教授、博士生导师,植物信号网络前沿交叉研究中心主任。


二、学习经历

1998年-2003年,华中科技大学生物医学工程专业,获工学博士学位;

2003-2006年,加拿大皇后大学博士后

2006年-2011年,美国加州大学伯克利分校,博士后/研究员。


三、工作经历

20119月-20228月,南京大学生命科学学院,教授,博导;

20229月-至今,西北农林科技大学未来农业研究院,教授,博导;


四、研究方向

营养是生命活动的物质基础。生物体主要通过质膜和内膜系统感知、转运和分配营养,形成细胞及系统层面的区域化分布,从而提高营养的利用效率和防止外部微生物的侵扰。本课题组以模式植物为研究对象,利用细胞生物学、微生物学、遗传学、生物物理学、生化和分子生物学等多学科方法,深入探讨植物高效利用营养的分子机制,侧重于营养感应及其在体内特定区域的分配,为优质作物的培育提供新基因和新理论。主要研究方向包括:

1. 植物营养分配的分子基础:发掘和鉴定植物控制特定营养跨膜运输的关键转运体;

2. 植物生长所需营养的供应机制:探索植物感知和响应土壤中矿质营养变化的信号途径,以及协调体内营养稳态的机理;

3. 植物营养免疫机制:研究植物如何通过调整营养吸收和分配,以应对微生物的侵染。
